The frill catches the wind like the sails used to on the ocean.
The ribbon-strings can be tied in any way that you want; please find your own style!

ラミネートがはがれてきたら当て布をして

Can be washed in a laundry machine
as long as the tag is firmly sealed.
If the seal starts pealing off,
cover it with a cloth to iron.
