~~Tsugihagi Collection~~
Inspired by Tsugihagi, a traditional Japanese technique of patching small old cloths into a big and durable cloth, each piece repurposes and carries stories of several old cloths, including sailcloth and deadstock fabric.
Each piece is thoroughly designed and sewn by Ryunosuke, a leather repair specialist, as well as our sewing partner / friend.
There are "kado" version with sharp edges and "maru" version with round edges.
古い小さなボロを繋ぎ合わせて強く大きな布にする"つぎはぎ”に着想を受けたこちらのシリーズでは、ヨットの帆やデッドストックの布など、様々な生地のストーリーを新たに繋ぎ、紡ぎます。
全てのアイテムは、普段は革製品の修理を専門にされている龍之介さんの創意工夫・手仕事によって生み出されています。
従来通りの直線を生かした"kado"シリーズとかどを落とした"maru"シリーズのバリエーションがあります。

[お手入れ方法]
金糸タグがラミネートでしっかりカバーされている場合、洗濯機でもご洗濯いただけます。
ラミネートがはがれてきた場合、当て布をしてアイロンをしていただくと、また戻ります。
また、金糸を使ったダーニングでオリジナルのバッグにしてみてください。
[Precautious]
Can be washed in a laundry machine while the tag is firmly sealed.
If the seal starts pealing off, please iron it.

海での役目を終えたセイル生地をアップサイクルしている為どうしても取れない汚れ/シミが残っている場合があります。
