ついている紐はヨットの帆が受けている風の向きを教えてくれるテルテールと呼ばれるものです。
セイラーたちが船を進めるため、帆の角度やサイズを調整する目安として使われていた、大切な紐を活用しています。

The attached string is a “tell-tale,” originally telling sailors the direction of the wind that the boat is catching for sailors to adjust the direction or the size of the sailcloths.

海での役目を終えたセイル生地をアップサイクルしている為どうしても取れない汚れ/シミが残っている場合があります。

[お手入れ方法]
金糸タグがラミネートでしっかりカバーされている場合、洗濯機でもご洗濯いただけます。
ラミネートがはがれてきた場合、当て布をしてアイロンをしていただくと、また戻ります。
また、金糸を使ったダーニングでオリジナルのバッグにしてみてください。

Can be washed in a laundry machine while the tag is firmly sealed.
If the seal starts pealing off, please iron it.
